Bhatkal: Maulana Jaffar Nadvi, while delivering the Friday sermon at Bhatkal Ahmed Saeed Jamia Masjid, called on Muslims to establish educational institutions in every corner of the country. He said that Christian missionary schools and colleges are found in every corner of the country and their doors are open for all communities and religions. If they can open educational institutions in every corner of the country, why are Muslims behind in this field?

Maulana Nadvi said that Muslims should also establish educational institutions in different areas of the country and should open the doors of their educational institutions to every community and religions. He said that Muslims should teach love, peace and brotherhood to the children of the country through their educational institutions.

He expressed concern over the incidents of discrimination against Muslims in schools and colleges in many areas of the country. He said that in the areas where such incidents have occurred, Muslims need to establish their own educational institutions at the first priority.

Maulana Nadvi said that there was a time when children of every religion and caste studied in the Muslim schools and colleges. There are still such educational institutions, but we need to open our educational institutions in every corner of the country, where there is no violence. Rather, teach love and mutual brotherhood, we should spread peace and should show how teachers should behave with their children.

He called on Muslim intellectuals and Muslim capitalists to come forward and help in establishing Muslim educational institutions. He said that if Muslims advance in this field, it will have far-reaching consequences in the country.

Maulana Nadvi said that the relationship between the teacher and the student is the strongest and unbreakable. If there is violence in this relationship, then this relationship will bleed. If there will be Muslim educational institutions, then the children graduating from these schools will be the cause of the development of the nation and the events that are happening with Muslim children in different parts of the country will also be resolved.
