Manipal: 14 persons have been arrested by the police, and nine vehicles, including a car and eight two-wheelers, were confiscated due to their involvement in public nuisance during the New Year celebration in Manipal.

These individuals were observed engaging in unruly behavior on Manipal road, disrupting public order.

 Some were spotted riding motorcycles with sparks emanating from the silencers, and their vehicles were improperly parked on the road. 

All the accused are now confronting charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
