Bengaluru: Starting on Monday, the SSLC exams (exam 1) will witness a participation of 8,69,968 students, out of which 4,28,058 are girls, across 2,750 examination centers in Karnataka.
To maintain exam integrity, the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has taken proactive measures. These include placing all exam centers under CCTV surveillance, with live monitoring conducted at centralized centers in each district. Additionally, mobile phones have been banned for both students and staff on exam duty inside the centers.
An interesting change this year is that students will be required to sit facing the wall during exams to minimize any potential disruptions.
