Udupi: A tragic incident occurred as a young man lost his life in a collision between a bus and a scooter in Padubidri Circle on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Dhan Raj (17), a resident of Palimaru Darkas. 

The  incident took place while he was en route from Palimar to Poondadu in Ermal to attend a play. The collision happened when a bus heading to Bangalore collided while entering the highway from Karkala road.

Padubidri police registered a case.
