Asad highlighted the reluctance of women to complain about workplace harassment. He stressed the need for a platform for women to voice their concerns. To address this, he proposed the establishment and strengthening of women's cells in every district. He emphasized the importance of women's participation in the workforce beyond domestic responsibilities.
