Bhatkal: A symposium on the works of Rani Chennabhairadevi, along with a book exhibition and sale program focusing on local history, took place at Sri Guru Sudhindra College in the town on Wednesday.

Renowned writer Dr. Gajanana Sharma, the author of the novel on Rani Chennabhairadevi, addressed the audience, urging students to draw inspiration from Chennabhairadevi.
