Karwar: The District Health and Family Welfare Department has invited applications for vacant medical officer positions in Intensive Care Units (ICUs) of all taluk hospitals in Uttara Kannada district under the National Health Campaign. A total of 26 positions remain vacant, with a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 50,000.

Additionally, six Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) medical officer positions are vacant in Shirsi Taluk Hospital, Bhatkal Taluk Hospital, and KRIMS Karwar Hospital, offering a monthly salary of Rs. 55,000.

Interested candidates with MBBS qualifications and registration with the Karnataka Medical Council are required to attend a direct interview at the District RCH Officer's office during working hours, carrying original documents.
