Karwar: District in-charge minsiter R V Deshpande averred thath Siddaramiah-led State government has made great progress in various field in the last three years.

It has provided basic facilities to people. Tourism in the district has developed. Approval has been got for fish processing and storage centre in Tadadi, airstrip in Kumta and cashew research training centre, he said.
